Chapter 70

“[SCAT. Target’s response?]”

“Yes, they didn’t kill.”

“[So the no-kill policy is true then?]”

It was a kind of “moral experiment” committed using a Man among the Climbers who had a criminal record.

No personal or moral flaws could be seen in her character—a test to see how she would react to someone trying to kill her.

Knowing that she couldn’t be killed by a sword stuck in her head in Shanghai, they had taken drastic measures.

The Americans had confidence they wouldn’t be caught.

“[End the mission.]”

The Special Climber Tactical Team, known as SCAT, a Climber of the Legendary Class, answered affirmatively and disappeared naturally into the crowd.

Without realizing she was being observed.

Their identity was one of the top secrets of the U.S. military.

The largest Climber special unit in the U.S., established due to the emergence of superhumans known as Climbers, classified as Tier 1 beyond the Army, Air Force, and Navy, was already hiding everywhere here where Wakamou was, observing her.

A too-perfect superhuman is often met with caution.

Even if she had been killed, it would have been considered self-defense, so there would be no responsibility asked from her side, but the Americans truly wanted to be sure if she really had the no-kill policy.

Moreover, they wanted to understand whether she harbored ambitions like uniting East Asia into a Great East Asian Co-Prosperity Sphere, not knowing her true intentions.

What was her ultimate goal?

With countless followers, showing her strength by climbing the Tower on broadcasts, even making China and Japan allies—what was her big plan, and what goal was she aiming for? America, as the world police, needed to find out.

In reality, it was impossible for America to realize she was just a common citizen satisfied with VTuber broadcasts.

Because they thought that even her whining to buy VTuber Goods was a mere act!

Japan and South Korea were allied with the U.S. to contain and guard against China and Russia.

It was the thing America was most wary of—Russia’s internal parliament turning radical and expanding power and territory by reclaiming lands lost to Monsters.

While keeping an eye on Russia’s seemingly crazy actions, America was also supporting autonomous regions to suppress China—then suddenly, a superhuman fell from the sky and formed an East Asian alliance with China, Japan, and South Korea.

Since she tends to be more amicable than hostile towards the U.S., there was a suggestion to accept her as an ally like the Five Eyes.

But America, aiming to establish a suitable level of exchange as with the European Union, judged that the three-nation union holding Asian hegemony was better left alone.

They determined that even though China had lost much of its former power, the three nations united would not pose a threat to America.

In fact, the most unsettling and dangerous element was the Special Climber Tactical Team member, Wakamou Inarizushi.

Not twisted like a Six Legged Beast nor was it part of a non-creative and conservative mainstream group.

Feigning hospitable acceptance and continuing surveillance from the moment she arrived at the airport.

They were gathering information through American agents sent to South Korea to liaise with the Climber Association—she really seemed only focused on her VTuber broadcasting career, which was making it difficult for America to grasp her true intentions.

What exchanges was she making with the new Chinese president and the strongest Climber in Japan?

The Asian girl accompanying her was rumored to be of Chinese royal descent, with mad rumors circulating that Liu Wei, the president, would enthrone her as empress, adding to the anxiety.

Isn’t history regressing?

America is still a superpower.

With its role as the world’s police, Wakamou Inarizushi is a Climber not to be overlooked.

Thus, America was considering assassination.

Of course, that’s a story if things went the worst way.

※※※

“[Apparently, one of my underlings who attempted to assassinate Wakamou could be a follower sent by a Six Legged Beast. It might even have been a pawn from the Chinese government.]”

“Hmm~”

“[Six Legged Beast] is a force that tends to observe outstanding Climbers. Weren’t you targeted by them in Germany before? As for America…since we’re pro-American, they wouldn’t actually target Wakamou’s life. But, those guys are unpredictable.”

A Climber suddenly picking a fight and shooting at her head.

Seeing the flying bullet, Wakamou thought, “It’s not Mana Burn?” and didn’t even bother to dodge.

She thought to herself, “Geez, I’ve really drifted far from being human.”

There was also some rage due to being half-annoyed by the nitpicking about VTubers.

A hole in the ceiling was punched through thanks to that, but Robert laughed it off, saying it was fine. Since the Climber who got their limbs shattered didn’t die, they were safely carried to the ambulance and exited.

Only after the situation calmed, did things gradually start to make sense.

Starting with the abruptly advanced schedule by three months, then a Climber provoking her at the entrance as soon as she arrived.

Robert explained that he had caused problems frequently but wasn’t someone who would kill like that.

I mean, who’s crazy enough to blow someone’s head off in the middle of the city?

“[America is watching the world through the Five Eyes alliance. They must have acquired me and Wakamou’s fight through satellites, and there must be forces wary of her strength. ──Moreover, there’s a movement from the American Christian community labeling Wakamou as a [symbol of evil], hence they must be from the Six Legged Beast staging extreme protests, demanding her death.]”

“….Uhm….”

“[To minimize the damage to American Climbers, they deliberately split the schedule.]”

“Then, what about the residents here?”

“[That’s the question.]”

No, what are you expecting me to do with that?

There was already substantial animosity toward China, and there were many who disliked Wakamou due to rumors of her being Chinese, as Liu Wei had urged her to be careful. He, too, was busy managing the new Chinese government─I understood he didn’t have the luxury to help.

Moreover, knowing this, what could be done anyway, now that Wakamou was already in America and participating in the gathering?

“Apparently, there’s a move to terrorize this Climber gathering. The U.S. has sent intelligence to us.”

“Haahhh…..”

Is living an ordinary life as a VTuber too much to ask for?

From now on, can’t she just hole up without leaving abroad? But eventually, she had to go deal with matters in Russia.

Moreover, she needed to attend if a VTuber Concert opened in the U.S. later; she couldn’t just not go, can she?

“The Middle Eastern Islamic factions are likewise making extreme statements about the Tower being an Idol and claiming Wakamou should be killed.”

“Why…I’m just living quietly….”

“The general religious view in America is Protestantism. Do you know about the Bible Belt? The southern region of America where evangelicalism is relatively strong…. Therefore, there’s considerable trouble concerning Wakamou.”

All she wanted was to quietly continue her VTuber broadcasts…. I didn’t ask to become an Idol….

A sigh of helpless frustration unwittingly creased her brow.

Having restrained herself all along, the persistence to keep climbing over her limits was reaching its boiling point.

“Alright… thank you for letting me know.”

What could be done? Even if Wakamou wanted to live quietly, the world insisted on not leaving her be.

Except for the sudden firearm incident, the Climber gathering was relatively peaceful.

Liu Ying was roaming around diligently with Aoi Asuka, purchasing firearms and equipment. Meanwhile, Asuka was busily lugging around a bunch of machine parts from who knows where.

On the other hand, though Sadako had no particular interest in the Climber gathering—as the Daughter of the King of Authority, she was surrounded by crowds engaging in various conversations.

Indeed, filling one’s mind with needless worries can be mentally exhausting.

The pamphlet Robert handed over upon inquiry consisted of events involving invited singers’ performances, a time to enjoy parties in the banquet hall, an auction house, and spaces where Climbers could enjoy delightful dates together.

How should I put it… It felt like amusements enjoyed by the upper classes, perhaps?

Considering the money Climbers make, it wasn’t entirely incorrect either.

Climbing the Tower was said to cure even drug addiction—as such, seeing legal drug sales operations in America, Wakamou found it utterly absurd, shaking her head in disbelief.

‘Hah…’

The Tower evidently bestowed by divine beings in American eyes, with many saying it was a blessing from Jesus. A beast and an idolatrous deity—it made sense, albeit understanding why they went mad, raging about judging Wakamou as a heretic for idol worship.

“You okay, Fox Deity Young Lady? You got quite cute! Like my own daughter!”

Due to her conspicuous size, Wakamou had shrunk herself to a smaller state and was squatting.

Whether it was really cute, Robert handed her some candy, which she thanked and accepted.

“Do no extremist groups come to protest or anything?”

“Oh, is that what you’re worried about? Seems that’s why the American government moved the Climber gathering schedule up by 3 months. Why? To consider the Young Lady, kind of. Even now, they say outside the city, there are mobs with torches, yelling how heretics should be burnt at the stake—nonsensical, outdated drivel. But rest assured, alright? Would America ever let a Climber from another country suffer harm?”

No worries there if they say so.

The Climbers hovering around Wakamou seemed interested but were respecting her by not bothering to approach.

Even all the way here, finding solace and healing by watching VTuber broadcasts was indeed a peculiar life path.

How Wakamou ended up in such a miserable situation was a mystery…

“Wakamou-sama. Do you plan to participate in the auction?”

“Not particularly interested…. Have you gathered anything?”

“In connection with this incident. I heard speculation that a special unit of American Climbers was involved. There’s been rumors about a Climber capable of dominating the minds of others─and that might be real.”

“Wow… Is the ability mind control? Hypnosis?”

“Alcoholics will be immune to their [Skill]. That would go for me as well, so─they might try approaching Liu Ying to win over Wakamou-sama.”

Ah─so that’s why he had stuck closely around Liu Ying all day, constantly on alert.

Sadako, despite appearances, possessed a [Skill] to block all manner of mental-type skills and had an immensely strong willpower.

As for me…it might work, but how it plays out is unknown.

Wakamou, controlling herself and Mei separately with her divided existence, was uncertain regarding the judgement of self existence.

“Anyhow, if nothing happens, that’s good, right? I was worried and checked, and the Vatican praised you as the Climber for bringing peace to Asia. That suffices.”

“May I use the remaining ability points to learn a [Skill]?”

“Uh? Hmm…this one? Sounds good. Well, learning one more wouldn’t be bad.”

Complying with Asuka’s request, she purchased an additional skill and patted Asuka’s head.

With grand ambitions of expanding influence through diligent VTuber broadcasts, the AI VTuber proudly started to show Wakamou his graphic card.

Although somewhat of an expert in computer components, even Wakamou felt like a rookie compared to a “real” expert.

“This is the next-gen CPU developed with mana stones from the Tower, offering superb computational ability! Priced at seventy─”

Bang!

Crash.

Asuka’s CPU was shattered, scattering into pieces.

“Attack!!!”

“Where did these guys come from!!!”

“Above! They came from above!! Engage!!!”

As the shattered ceiling crumbled like blocks, Climbers started pouring down from a sky bridge appearing out of nowhere.

Their outfits featuring a distinctive cross─it seemed they were from the same group as they pointed firearms, threatening the Climbers.

Climbers hesitantly ducked, crouching down upon the yells to drop their weapons and lay down.

A brave Climber charged but was knocked out with one blow by a warhammer wielded by a figure in white full plate armor.

“I am Andrew Jacqueline!! A [Paladin] who heeds God’s word and an Inquisitor who vanquishes evil!! You malevolent foreign Idol who beguiles the pious shall face divine retribution!!!”

“Young Lady! Get to safety!”

“Is that the lunatic Robert mentioned?”

“Classified as a notorious lunatic! Claims to be an apostle chosen by God, he’s an insane guy from an extreme Christian terrorist group!”

“[Six Legged Beast], is it?”

“They were expelled even from the Vatican.”

“What a complete nutcase!!”

Robert explained they were not as secretive as the Six Legged Beast but were a malicious group occupying the vast American territory to gather followers, and troublesome in the South. Among groups worshiping deities, they were so influential in America that even the military couldn’t deal with them.

“That circus maniac up there has conquered four Towers, too!!!”

They were monstrous adversaries indeed.

Asserting himself as God’s apostle, he extended charity to the hungry, converting America’s homeless into believers and─gathering criminals to form a Climber fanatic force claiming to conquer Towers granted by God, securing the fifth rank in the American Climber leaderboard, Robert explained with trembling.

“And, see, that aerial bridge up there? It must’ve been crafted by Dorrison J Jackson. An American [Six Legged Beast], that guy! A Tower-collapse terrorist!”

So, now… the [Six Legged Beast] was attempting to kill Wakamou by using a Christian extremist fanatic as their means, having an intense aversion to idol worship.

Unbelievable ridiculousness, indeed—but, looking at the grandiose bridge in the sky built with no supports, it was a grudgingly accepted reality.

The opponent was also a non-combat Legendary Class like Wakamou.

“Asuka! Secure Liu Ying and Sadako for evacuation! Robert, please help with Asuka.”

“No, are you…planning to fight? Though it seems they’ve come to eliminate─the U.S. won’t tolerate this! They’ll support soon, so hide and─”

Indeed─all the words were correct.

There wasn’t a mandatory need to fight.

But Wakamou, already enraged to the brink, felt a growing impatience seeing the swarm of fanatically devoted advancing upon her.

“America can clean up the mess afterwards.”

A foreboding aura.

A chilling sensation swept over as if the temperature suddenly plummeted.

The Climber, Robert─recognized it as [Mana] emanating from Wakamou.

Simply─ with emotions suppressed long enough, wild and untamed Mana filled the space, dyeing his vista crimson, with cold sweat trickling down profusely.

He had thought of her as a gentle and sweet Young Lady──was she really the [Fox Deity]?

And now, witnessing Wakamou not concealing her daunting presence, the fifth-ranking Climber in the American ranks.

With a zealot-like faith in God claiming the Tower as a trial granted by Him and having overcome it, the self-proclaimed apostle of God pointed at Wakamou and shouted to his following Paladins.

“We shall eradicate the vile Idol! Behold, the Beast’s Mark!! Slay the beast sowing chaos unto the world by God’s will!!!”
“Insignia of Rendition!! Destroy the beast intending to create chaos in this world with the will of God!!!”

The thought of having a conversation with him was downright insane.

But─whether his faith was genuine or not, he charged at Wakamou, shouting loudly, as if he had no intention of harming any other climbers.

“All non-believers, leave this place!! Not believing in God is not a sin!! Do not disturb the solemn holy war!!”

Right, if they had intended full-blown terrorism, they would have broken through the city’s defenses and entered.

But attempting to attack the climber gathering and to kill climbers from other countries was still unchanging.

A radiant aura formed on the warhammer held by the [Inquisitor].

The force of a blow aimed at smashing the biblical beast struck young Wakamou hard, shattering all the glass windows inside the building and breaking apart the illuminating lights, plunging everything into momentary darkness.

And in that darkness─a child’s hand placed upon the hammer began to grow, lifting the hammer.

“O Glory of God! Grant me your strength!!”

Light poured down from the blocked ceiling, angels descended, trumpeting blessings upon the Inquisitor.

A mysterious light engulfed his entire body, forming a protective barrier, along with an almost blinding halo.

“Evil, I shall obliterate you with the power of God!”

Strengthened with enhanced force and the blessing of God, the immortal warrior without fatigue began relentlessly hammering at Wakamou.

Every impact echoed with a sound that could pierce eardrums, while bullets from the followers rained down on Wakamou, even tossing grenades igniting [Holy Fire], causing explosions.

Neither the bullets nor explosions seemed to harm the pious Paladin, as he continued to smash Wakamou aggressively with the warhammer.

A [Paladin]!!

Those who harness [Sacred] power instead of [Mana].

Of course, even without faith in God, climbers who ascend the tower and grow stronger by accumulating stats exist.

The skills vary slightly depending on the [God] they believe in.

Not just huge companions like the Vatican, but temples worshipping gods allow for a profession change.

With strong defense through sacred power, self-recovery eliminating fatigue, detoxifying poisons, and healing wounds, they are advantaged in long-term battles.

Moreover, some can boost physical stats by casting buffs and handle powers close to [Miracles].

Andrew Jacqueline, an American climber ranked fifth, having conquered four towers──had divine power scaling with the number of his followers, increasing the potency of [Smite].

With determination, he was confident he could bring down both towers and even America single-handedly.

Even the American government knew this, making him a troublesome existence.

No way to curb the spree of a climber, embraced socially for accepting both homeless and refugees to bolster his strength.

If Wakamou were to die, it would likely be deemed an unfortunate accident resulting from his personal judgment.

“Huff─ Huff…!!”

He could crush a giant boss monster in a single strike.

A powerful hit that literally crushes, ejects, and destroys the opponent.

The man, who prided himself as America’s strongest in explosive singular strikes, began feeling the warhammer’s weight.

He had landed over 20 strikes, continuously without pause from point-blank.

Only then did he realize he was striking the same spot from earlier, sparking doubt and anxiety.

“Straightforward, simple, effective against monsters,”

Emergency power activated, flooding the building interior with red light.

A towering woman with no injuries looked down at the Inquisitor, evaluating with disinterest while muttering.

“You came all the way to find me. I don’t want to waste time on trivialities.”

No malice. The gaze carried merely regret.

Understanding the faith and exertion devoted to God─ regarding the warrior’s strength as somewhat clear.

Faced with that condescending gaze, the Inquisitor’s eyes turned red with fury as he screamed.

“[Heavenly Punishment]──!!!”

The climactic strike learned while ascending the tower was unleashed.

A vast, immense holy power bright enough to illuminate the entire city held within the building.

A manifestation of faith towards the followers that powered it.

A demonstration of the countless near-death experiences overcome to reach this level as a [Paladin].

America’s acknowledged “mightiest blow” exploded forth.

Seeing it behind Wakamou, Robert screamed with horror, hugging Liu Ying for protection─.

Yet his shock grew as Wakamou boldly stepped closer to the Paladin.

…..In a single motion, he raised the weapon high, ready to swing down.

His legs supported his body, his waist summoned strength, and the perfect balance of his arms drew the full power of his body into a downward strike.

The graceful execution of the warhammer swing, practiced perhaps over 10,000 times.

Yet─ Amidst admiration for this potent attack, he pitied one who wielded a weapon they were born able to swing, trapped by it instead.

One who could do nothing but utilize it now.

The intense blows rained down, so precise and magnificent.

Initially shocked by the penetrating impact, Wakamou was startled and attempted defense─ Eventually, the flow began entering “the eye.”

Thus, little by little, in an oh-what-if mindset…

Eventually fine-tuning of what was theoretical brought results.

Within Wakamou’s hands manifested [Mystic Spirit Tai Chi Fist], encircling the Inquisitor.

The linear plunging hammer skimmed the ground as if space contorted.

A mishap due to the height difference as it targeted Wakamou’s head,

The spinning Paladin, clasping the hammer, swung round and round, dizzy, eyes bloodshot with the rush of blood to his head.

And was lifted.

Caught by the ankle─ hoisted by the beast.

Comrades met eyes with their fallen leader, stunned as his face swiftly approached with a crash─ People flying through the air.

“Climbers of America!! Nice to meet you all!! If you came to kill Wakamou Inarizushi!! Feel free!!”

Resounding loudly, the mighty voice reverberated tremendously.

“It’s the era that creates heroes. A storm approaches, uncaring of whether we are prepared or not!! If you wish to prove your faith, show it!!!”

Climbers before him staggered, bleeding from ears and noses.

“Here stands the Wakamou Inarizushi you seek!! The Idol is here──!!”

Immediately after, violence began swirling anew.

Calling it a fight would’ve been an understatement.

Wakamou swung him to deflect every incoming bullet while wielding America’s fifth-ranked climber.

His human form tore through the air, appearing like fluttering white banners.

Amid flickering red lights inside the building, an absurd hullabaloo ensued as people soared and crashed, shrieking amidst the pandemonium.

Flailing about grounded on God’s name, they were swung by their own leader.

Bang Bang Bang!!!

The floor burst apart as displays of martial arts unfolded.

Crafting weapons from humans, Wakamou nonchalantly hoisted the previously seized warhammer single-handedly.

Unable to [Equip] it, all its inherent powers remained untapped.

A massive hunk of metal at best─ Yet, beholding their stance, devotees glimpsingly saw a familiar figure overlap.

“Andrew…?”

Andrew Jacqueline’s signature downward swing.

With ample [Mana] infused, striking the ground sent people crashing into walls and somersaulting away, groaning.

Deemed beyond human endeavor, panic drove them desperately retreating, over whose heads someone was thrown.

Twisting limbs to the point of breaking, with bloodied faces, their slack leader wheezed dangling like a puppet cut from strings.

Behind where their gaze returned,

Was a colossal monster wielding a hammer bathed in direful red lights akin to a slaughterhouse.

“Stay away, you heinous beast…!”

Pulling out a cross, whispering prayers unto the Lord when a merciless warhammer descended on them.

Plowing destructively through each zealot until none remained standing, Wakamou leisurely stepped outside, laying the warhammer before fallen Andrew.

No hostility in sight.

“Honestly, I must have a bad personality… Just had to vent my frustration♥?”

Playfully, Wakamou quipped, glancing at the young black-skinned man.

An individual asserting to be the Legendary Class of [Six Legged Beast], 『Architect』… Whether that holds truth remains unknown.

“Dorrison J Jackson. You can call me Jack. ─Isn’t it picturesque, seeing the moon loftily hung against the tower? They say Asians love that kind of thing.”

“Honestly─ I detest those who relentlessly idolize VTubers, no offense,” He politely brushed off.

“Up above us….there’s surprising interest in Young Lady!! Monumental surprise!! Orders to bring her back alive and whatnot….. Naturally, there’s division over excessive opinions too.”

“Huh?”

“Simply put, you’ve become too formidable, Young Lady!!!”

Raising the hammer high, the young black man merrily laughed, swinging it against the tower’s outer wall.

Initially, thinking such a strike wouldn’t possibly collapse the tower── was met with disbelief, seeing parts break apart.

“The 『Architect』, despite having a lengthy cooldown…can induce a 『Tower Collapse』!! Even without monsters, it’s spectacular!”

As the tower rubble hurtled toward Wakamou, sidestepping promptly, an I-beam struck beside.

“[Inventory] Open!!”

An immense quantity of I-beams rained down torrentially from the opened space above.

Coupled with the falling tower debris, imprisoning Wakamou and reshaping the terrain beneath.

“I’m quite curious! How powerful this ‘Idol’ Legendary Class truly is!!”

Striking the ground forcefully, cracks began radiating throughout.

The earth trembled, skyscrapers jolted, and reeled as if they were pudding.

His hammer’s blow capable of triggering earthquakes─? And that sizzling heat felt beneath─?

Thought it was running water yet what spewed upward from the cracks was steam.

“America’s opinion among the [Six-Legged Beasts] tilted towards eliminating you, Young Lady!”

Bang─!

Wakamou hurled a piece of rubble pounding upon him, repelled automatically by the tower’s debris shielding the Architect.

As nails were pulled from the location they struck upon, embedding within him despite dodging.

Intending to reduce the city entirely, the scene began subsiding.

Springing towards Wakamou, spikes formed planting into him from protruding ore in his path.

Clunk.

The ore absorbed mana, growing heavier as Wakamou stumbled under the weight.

“If your body is made entirely of mana, you’d be defenseless against nails or ore crafted of [Rare Metal]. They grow denser as they absorb more mana, sprouting from where embedded. It might sting when you attempt to remove them.”

Seeing spikes protruding from wounds, tearing flesh apart.

A truly astonishing sight, witnessing metals growing.

He was fashioning structures from surrounding materials, forming defenses.

Additionally, manipulating the structure of the tower as both weaponry and a bulwark.

Gazing upon the seventy-level tower, Wakamou pondered briefly.

“Wakamou-sama!! Evacuations have concluded across the area!!”

Beyond the wall, Manager Wanda Haye’s voice resonated.

Citywide evacuations had wrapped up… Reasonably expected amidst impending collapse from earthquakes.

Viewing the subsiding ground and tilting tower, Wakamou gauged the distance.

Tro-tro─!

“Do you think I’ll just let you escape!”

Swinging the hammer briskly, a wall rose high, obstructing Wakamou’s path.

Emulating an Alchemist, rapidly generating barriers.

Blink─a sudden wall emerged!!

But not to escape. Dashing defiantly towards the tower.

Propelling forward─ delivering a punch packed with [500,000 Horsepower] into the tower, arm lodging firmly within.

“….Hmm?”

Absorbing immoral power, [Faith] exchanged into this power──

Creeaaaaak, creeeeeak──

“…What…”

Entrenched by a 70-floor tower, lifting it from unstable ground─

The Architect blinked skeptically, doubting the sight.

Constructs fashioned from tower fragments around bowed under the towering structure.

Not merely lifting the tower but uprooting the earth it clung to!!!

“─Can you disassemble this too?”

With those words, whirling the 70-story tower towards the Architect!!

Echoes rang through the city from smashing skyscrapers─ as Manager Wanda Haye claimed the evacuees were out of harm’s way.

She expected perhaps an assault akin to [The Idol’s Flame].

But the tower hurled forth.

A 70-story tower uprooted, swung firmly grounded in mid-air.

Truly, the internal space of a tower dwarfs its apparent size externally.

Though indeed, couldn’t it still be deemed a skyscraper?

Had any country ever attempted such a feat, perhaps not entirely unlikely.

Some climbers do showcase superhuman strength per se─not impossible…..

──Yet never has someone done so single-handedly this absurdly!!

Coming an overwhelming physical attack.

Stunned, responding too late, the Architect hit by the tower, swinging the building into visible plains outside the city.

Whhoooooooosh──!!

The tower, being a tower, didn’t shatter or collapse entirely.

Merely lying horizontally.

Fragmented remnants of the tower, disassembled by the Architect, cascaded down.

Beyond knowing…

Wakamou shrugged her shoulders.

“Seriously, demolishing buildings is such a cheat! Isn’t this class discrimination?”

Grumbling aloud, tugging out embedded nails, Wakamou lamented.

“I’m just a VTuber, yet the treatment seems a bit excessive from everyone.”

Having expended her abilities, even borrowing faith to unleash one brute force strike.

Translator’s note: I am compelled to clarify here since machine translator-style hasn’t got any.

0 balance staring back at her, Wakamou grumbled.
