[KRAKEN SUBJUGATION: CURRENT SITUATION REPORT]

(Kraken being caught by Lily meme)
It’s already been three days since the Kraken was defeated.
As everyone knows from the memes, Lily really went through hell to catch it, and the rewards seem to be massive.
Now, almost all rankers in the top 100 are in the late 80s, and most in the top 100 are over 90.
As confirmed, there should be at least twenty people who have surpassed level 100.
Right now, Lily has hit 120 (with a total of 72 billion experience points), and I believe big names like the high-shared Heavenly Horse and Yena have also surpassed 110.
Given the updates and the raid scenery, I think the rankings are going to be pure chaos for a while.
From now on, we might see someone who’s never been seen before jump into the top 10, while familiar faces could suddenly disappear, you know?
And what people are really curious about is the Sword Saint…
(Kraken obliterating the Sword Saint meme)
I was shocked when I saw that the Alliance and Lily put in so much effort to create seals, only for him to break free and get one-shot; I was like, “What the heck?” LOL.
I really thought it was a planned move, but he went into hiding instead, so who knows?
It’s not like he went to face the Demon Warlord or anything—what bizarre antics is he up to this time?
Also, for those disappointed that the Kraken was caught, just so you know, the Demon and Scorpion are still untouched.
They say the Alliance is planning to deploy personnel soon, but that’s just a rumor, nothing confirmed yet.
If you want to, give it a try.
3-line summary:
1. Kraken defeated. Major upheaval in the rankings.
2. Sword Saint went on a troll spree and then went into hiding again.
3. Two Demon Warlords left.
4. And when is Lily going to start her broadcast? It’s been three days.

[So when is Lily coming back?]
“Well… I don’t know.”
It’s been three days since the Kraken, the disaster of the sea, was defeated.
With her level now at 112 thanks to the bounty, Yena was staring blankly at the sea while broadcasting.
Lily, who gave it her all during the battle, mysteriously disappeared and logged out after claiming her reward.
Just before leaving, she said she’d return tomorrow or the day after, but three days have passed, and she still hasn’t shown up.
[Is she dead?]
[Lily does tend to overdo it.]
[Lily had a tough time.]
[ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ]
[That damn Sword Saint.]
[For real, the Sword Saint is a legend in Deoen’s history, lol.]
[Great Sword Saint.]
[Idiot.]
[Hahaha.]
[Whoa, lol.]
[Yena, don’t you have news about Lily?]
[Is she alive?]
“She should be alive. Lily is not the kind of person who would die.”
Yena went straight to Lily’s house on the day the Kraken was defeated, but Lily didn’t open the door.
Worried that something might have happened, Yena checked several features of Lily’s house with the help of the house owner.
A sensor that automatically turns on the lights when a person is detected.
A temperature control feature that detects body heat and maintains an appropriate temperature.
Seeing that countless features were functioning normally, it was sure that Lily was perfectly alive.
The problem was that she only knew she was alive, but her actual condition was unknown.
“She should be back soon. This kind of thing has happened before.”
Lily is Lilyda.
Not just an ordinary person, but someone who knows better than anyone how Deoen affects reality.
She’s probably just sleeping again.
Just a few months ago, Lily had often overexerted herself and ended up sleeping for days.
Nya…
I’m starting to run out of options.
Taking out a new potion from her inventory, Yena nods as she drinks a blue potion.
Anyway, there’s no need to worry.
“If she doesn’t come back in a week, I’ll use my last resort.”
[?]
[Last resort?]
[Nya?]
“Yep, last resort.”
The last resort she didn’t want to use.
‘I’ll break in with the house owner’s help!’

While Yena misses Lily, who has been gone for three days.
While missing Lily,
the alliance was having a hectic day, too busy dealing with post-crisis situations to notice.
Though their efforts didn’t shine as brightly as those of Lily, the Sword Saint, and the other bracelet holders, they nonetheless had made significant contributions behind the scenes.
By transporting countless members through Floating Ships, providing massive support to the bracelet owners, and clearing the remnants of the disasters that spread throughout the world, they were the backbone of the alliance.
In fact, after the Kraken had vanished, its leftover avatars lost most of their power and control, wreaking havoc, but thanks to the alliance’s swift actions, the damage was contained.
And they were about to reap their rewards.
“This is the Shield of Disaster…”
“It’s a sword, a sword!”
“This sea’s blessing is insane! All stats increase by 10% in the water?”
“My level skyrocketed!”
Many alliance members couldn’t help but marvel at the generous rewards they received.
Even when combining all shares for those not owning bracelets, they barely exceeded 10%, but they belonged to the ‘Alliance.’
The ‘Challenger Alliance’ defined by the System seemed to reward them more than the original prize as a token of appreciation for their combined efforts against the threat.
Ordinary members received double the rewards compared to users with the same share.
Key executives almost achieved three times the rewards.
Even the Alliance Leader, Knight, who led the alliance first, managed to earn nearly 30% with just a 5% share.
“Knight! Did your level go up a lot?”
“……”
“Why so silent? Don’t tell me the Alliance Leader’s noble obligation stopped him from getting much—”
“113.”
“…Are you insane?”
Knight clenched his fist.
The Griffin’s Shield he wielded shone even brighter.
At this rate, it wouldn’t break as easily as before.
“…What level did you reach?”
“15 levels? That’s quite an increase.”
“Insane.”
“Master of the Magic Tower. How much did you go up?”
“Oh, I just hit 109. A bit disappointed I didn’t reach 110.”
Master of the Magic Tower Neris shook her head in dismay.
Other guild leaders who had roles as executives also saw substantial growth.
The changes were significant enough to completely shake up the future rankings.
“So, I have a proposal.”
“A proposal?”
“This. What do you think about doing it again?”
Everyone in the room looked at the Master of the Magic Tower.
In the meeting room, most of the large guild leaders were present, except for the Angel Guild who returned to the North and the absent bracelet holders due to scheduling conflicts.
“The alliance system is ridiculously overpowered. At this rate, even if we hunt other world bosses, we could earn immense experience and rewards. No, we will.”
“Maybe they’ll give a reward. No, they will.”
“Isn’t the Kraken a bit unusual?”
“That may be true. But in the end, it’s the same disaster.”
The “Challenger Alliance” was founded to face the disaster.
The System defined it, and the Knight, the Guild Master of the Guardian, took that idea and formed the alliance.
“We’ve got the remaining Demon and Scorpion. Since both are classified as disasters, if we catch them, we can get a reward. Moreover—”
“There’s no point in having holders of the bracelet anymore.”
The Guild Masters nod their heads.
The Kraken was an exceptional boss.
It couldn’t be faced with ordinary methods and could only be caught by gathering the owners of the “bracelet” and sealing it.
To do that, the alliance and Lily searched the entire world tirelessly and, after many twists and turns, succeeded in sealing it and catching it.
The Knight continues, “So the other two bosses have no such conditions.”
“That’s right. The lack of conditions means they are easier.”
“That makes sense.”
“I agree. Honestly, we felt like we were the scrubs.”
“Exactly. Angels or holders would have received more rewards. Not to mention Lady Lily.”
“Lady Lily is a definite deal.”
“Anyone who speaks ill of Lady Lily deserves to die.”
“…Since when did she have so many followers?”
“Lily is a god.”
Many of the guild leaders nod in agreement.
Even those arrogant large guild leaders acknowledged her.
Lily showed such a powerful impact that everyone was astonished during the raids.
“…That aside, we have the Disaster of Gongam and the Disaster of Goldsand left. Which one shall we go to?”
“I heard the Empire is dealing with the Demon.”
“The Empire?”
“The Empire is…”
Cough!
The guild leaders glance at each other.
For guild leaders primarily active in the Kingdom, the Empire was quite a troublesome opponent.
Part of the awkwardness stemmed from the fact that the Sword Saint and Leo were once ranked 1st and 2nd and belonged to the Empire.
A bald-headed guild leader raises his hand and shakes his head.
“I, I oppose clashing with the Empire…”
“I agree.”
“Then the answer is decided.”
As the Great Cataclysm update begins and numerous disasters rampage, that place remains eerily quiet.
“We’re headed to the Desert.”
