With Wen Yang’s pocket money from his winter job and Ning Chu’s living allowance and manuscript fees from her family, the two of them were actually not financially strained at all. Even if they didn’t receive any income for a few months, they could easily afford their expenses for a while.
Yet, Wen Yang couldn’t sit still. Having been poor for so long made him busier instead.
Selling goods at night, working part-time during the day; his Sundays were fully booked.

Wolf Girl dashed up, opened the bag she was carrying, and peeked inside. “You came, but did you bring anything?”
“Just some stuff from Wen Yang that couldn’t sell, thought I’d give you guys some toothbrushes and cups.”
“Perfect timing! I can stock up on stuff here, no need to buy it later~ No need to pay, right?”
“Nope, it’s a gift!”
Ning Chu casually handed the bag to Yan Xinya and then turned to look at Lily.
Lily was sitting at her computer, focused on controlling the mouse, completely unaware of Ning Chu’s arrival.
Ning Chu quietly crept up to sneak a look at the computer screen.
