Chapter 368

“Influence?”

Did the Raider Guild have this feature?

I’ve heard that there are World Quests among regular guilds, but I never knew it applied to raiders too.

[Current influence within the Abys Kingdom is 17%.]

[If you achieve over 60% influence, you can initiate World Quest – Royal Overthrow.]

Right now, my influence in the Abys Kingdom is 17%.

If I reach that 60% mark, it seems I can devour the whole kingdom, not just nibble away like a simple raider.

‘I’ll have to deal with the aftermath, though.’

“Has the World Quest popped up?”

“Only that it’s possible. It says you can topple the royal family at 60%.”

“Well, since we’ve killed them all, I guess we’d qualify. It’s never popped up for me before.”

“…By the way.”

I turn my head.

Even after returning from the crazy former guild with their name, the Guild Master of the Massacre is still here at the massacre hideout.

I was going to let him go after providing some info, so why is he still hanging around?

“Why haven’t you left?”

“You confiscated all my stuff.”

“Oh.”

That’s right.

When I killed the raider who was pulling stuff from the safe earlier, he couldn’t put the items into his inventory.

Items still left on the table.

I tried to prevent him from taking them, but since they came from the safe, they’re systemically blocked and I couldn’t touch them either.

But this is only a matter of time.

Once I conquer this place, the ownership will transfer to me.

“Do I have to give it back?”

“Yep.”

“Why should I?”

“Otherwise, I’ll let the bounty office and the Raider Alliance know about you. Your appearance, abilities, personality, speech patterns—everything.”

He glares at me.

I wasn’t planning to take the Banded life seriously anyway; I just need to gather points.

I won’t raid unless it’s against another Banded member or if there’s a particular grudge or cost involved.

But if my identity spreads everywhere, that could be a bit of a problem.

It can’t get out that Lily and Rapina are the same person.

“If you don’t want that, just give me my stuff…”

“I don’t want to.”

But it’s already too late.

It’s been ages since I talked to Jackal, the Guild Master of the Jackal Guild, and I’ve taken down five Raider Guilds by now.

It’s pretty much a given that the name Rapina is going to get out.

[Raider Guild, currently occupying the Massacre Hideout…]

[Occupation completed!]

[Additional PK Points gained: 110.]

[Guild Level has increased.]

[Current influence within the Abys Kingdom is 17.5%.]
The influence within the Kingdom is 17.5%.

Clonk!

The door of the safe opened.

“……”

“Just kidding. I’ll give you everything useless since I provided the information.”

“Unbelievable.”

“What, don’t you like it?”

If you don’t like it, you have to kill me.

Just when I was low on PK Points, this worked out nicely.

“…Crazy woman.”

“So you do hate it?”

“I didn’t say that.”

There wasn’t anything special among the items in the safe.

Most were items worth under 100 PK Points, and of course, the blocking veil I wanted was missing.

I heard from the Guild Master that this safe is a kind of ‘regen random box.’

If you run the Raider Guild and hideout well, Raider-exclusive items come out every so often, and the higher your influence, the better and more items you get.

I annihilated and occupied every hideout in the Abys Kingdom, including the one that Jackal was in, but there was nothing useful.

“Am I a bit late?”

Most of it was already packed and left due to the time wasted with Jackal and the annihilation.

All that was left in the safe was a potion worth 1 PK Point that looked like it just generated.

Taking a sip of the strawberry-flavored potion, I captured the last remaining hideout and checked the guild system.

[Raider Level – 9.]

[Guild Level – 7.]

[Hideout Level – 5.]

[The influence within the Abys Kingdom is now 20%.]

[The ‘Crazy Woman’s hideout can be raised up to 3 floors.]

[The Raider safe generates one item every 30 minutes.]

[There’s a high probability of generating items worth under 100 PK Points.]

[There’s a low probability of generating items worth between 101 PK Points and 400 PK Points.]

[There’s a slim chance of generating items worth under 1000 PK Points.]

I destroyed the hideout where Jackal was and built a new one.

There are various reasons, but the biggest one is that this place was at the center of nearby Raider guilds.

‘It’s perfect for a control tower role.’

A black hideout, three stories high, similar yet different from Jackal’s.

The sleek shine and the large white wound design painted on one side were quite eye-catching.

For the record, I didn’t make it myself; when I customize, the system builds it for me.

‘It’s similar to making an Academy.’

It wasn’t much different from me using magic as Lily.
Creeeak…

“Oh.”

The hideout was cleaner than I expected.

The previous hideouts used by raiders seemed a bit dirty and poorly maintained, but now it felt like I was looking at a refined request office.

A black leather sofa shaped like a ‘L’ and a table that looked pretty expensive.

On the ceiling and walls, the x symbol of Rapina was plastered everywhere.

Rumble…!

Clang!

The newly installed safe on the second floor of the building shook violently and popped open.

What came out was a 50 PK Points item, Deception (1-time use).

It can conceal the kill log that appears during PK just once.

It seems cheap considering its effect, but it’s a one-time use item, and the fact that it only hides the nickname makes this price seem reasonable.

[Congratulations on creating your hideout.]

[‘Crazy Woman’s’ hideout generates 5 PK points every 3 hours.]

5 points every 3 hours.

That’s 40 points in a day, which isn’t bad.

With 1800 PK Points currently, even if I just leave it alone for a month, I can purchase the Barrier of Blocking.

However, there’s a problem…

[The public authority of the positioned kingdom is on alert about you.]

[An external force has recognized your existence.]

[There’s a high probability that your hideout will be attacked.]

If I log off, the hideout will definitely collapse.

Unlike the siege war where you battle for the castle, if someone just occupies the hideout, it’s game over.

If they seize control of the entire hideout and neutralize all hostile forces, the hideout will be taken over.

By the way, the hostile forces rely on login status, so no matter how strong I am, it’s meaningless if they aren’t logged in.

“There’s no one to guard the hideout…”

“It would be pointless to use magic too.”

I have the power to turn the hideout into a sanctuary.

Just like the Eli Academy, which has a Holy Shield that wouldn’t flinch even if a meteor falls from the sky, the castles or territories of Elbrite are the same.

Even if intruders manage to break through the shield, dozens of trap spells are waiting to greet them, making infiltration impossible.

“As long as we assume there’s no Lily.”

Rapina can’t use magic.

Her only abilities revolve around high physical capabilities and assassin-like dagger skills.

The technique to swiftly take down and overpower invading intruders should not exist.

At least there are trap items in the shop, but…

“This one’s a bit…”

It’s not efficient for the price.

For my students who are taking classes, or rather, those who’ve reached a certain rank level, it would be nothing more than a bothersome decoration.

They’ve already shown everything possible as Lily.
They’re all faces shown through the broadcast: Pharaoh, Lasty, Sre, Spirit of Darkness, and so on.

If I had run into the Red Horse as Rapina, I would have placed that guy instead.

“…So, did they just throw something together and get help from a Mage…?”

A presence.

It’s definitely a presence.

I immediately used stealth and slipped outside.

In the distance, armored figures in silver were marching in perfect formation.

The Knights?

Has the extermination order already been issued?

“Is this the place?”

“Yes, yes, that’s right. This is the heart of their operations.”

“How audacious to expand their territory and gather forces instead of just scavenging scraps.”

Rustle.

“These bugs have no idea what they’re doing.”

‘About 30 of them.’

Not a lot, but judging by their shiny armor and weapons, they weren’t a shabby Knight group.

Their levels were roughly around 70, and the Knight at the front was a head taller than the others, probably about level 80 or 90.

They weren’t as good as the Empire’s Knights, but still decent.

‘If they weren’t Rankers, they’d all be dead by now.’

Even if it weren’t me, the fate of the Banded was already sealed.

And among the Knights, there was one with a different outfit…

“That’s right! Hehe. They were really uncivilized in our world too!”

‘A User.’

Ding!

[World – Knight Extermination Defense]

Goal – Stall the Silver Knights of Kudas Kingdom, eliminate User ‘Mashimasita.’

Reward – 200 PK Points, 10% influence increase in Abys Kingdom, 5% influence increase in Kudas Kingdom.

[Failing the quest will significantly reduce your influence in the kingdom!]

[Failing the quest will threaten the existence of the Crazy Girl Guild.]

It’s a quest.

And it’s a quest that includes another User.

Reflecting on this first-time quest type during my Deoen, I remembered what Yena had once said.

“You might end up as enemies while doing World Quests. If you side with one party, you’ll inevitably have to fight the other.”

“Lady Lily won’t find herself in special encounters since she doesn’t form a guild, but someday, she will.”

What happens when you clash? Well, it boils down to two options.

You either find common ground…

“This is interesting.”

Or you thoroughly crush them.
