Alice plays a somewhat suspicious role at first, acting like “outwardly decent but hiding something.” She deceives players by showing up in conversations where the protagonist isn’t present, making it easy to mistake her for the hidden villain.
Besides, they don’t reveal the entire conversation either; it’s just enough snippets of dialogue to sound too obvious.
It was so obvious that no one believed it.

Since the area around the casino is a forest where people can’t just stroll in, the security around the casino would be tight. Anyway, they’ve cut down all the trees near the casino, and the only thing surrounding it is woods, so even if you run away after losing money, you can’t escape that enormous forest alive.

No, I wasn’t frozen because of the mission… Well, okay, I really didn’t want to do it, but it wasn’t just that.

Alice glared at Bella.
Seeing Alice’s fierce expression, Bella shrank back with an expression that seemed to say, ‘Oh dear, how scary.’ Simply put, it wasn’t scary at all.
“This time, I’ll join the mission as ‘the other’ princess.”

Alice must know my capabilities. She’s already aware I’ve navigated the battlefield, so she wouldn’t think that things would go terribly wrong if I went alone, or that I’d die.
This was literally a matter of pride.
The way she smiled at me seemed to say, ‘There’s a favor on your side too!’
“Well, fine.”
Bella shrugged at Alice.
“I was going to observe from a distance, but the story is getting interesting. Since the two sisters are infiltrating together, it would be disappointing if I didn’t join. I’ll go too.”
At Bella’s declaration, Alice shot her another sharp glare.
Bella met that gaze with confidence.
… If Bella joins the team…
Could anything be done before my fate was sealed?
