Chapter 20: Hand Over the Video Tape!
Returning to Yuanlin Apartment, Yeyun Ye entered her room and took out the file bag from her bag.
She opened it to find background information on herself and Jingxian Xiang in two file bags.
As she flipped through the pages, her face grew paler and paler.
“So… so that’s how it is.” Yeyun Ye put down the documents in her hands and closed her eyes in pain.
It turned out the Xiang Family were not good people who adopted Jingxian Xiang. Although she knew from the start they only treated Jingxian Xiang as a pawn, she never expected that her parents’ deaths were also related to them!

Hearing Jingxian Xiang’s angry words, Sister Zhang didn’t know what to do and stood there silently, fearing she would be fired.

“What are you still standing there for? Hurry up and pull up the surveillance footage, investigate this place thoroughly, and find out who came here tonight!” Jingxian Xiang glared at Sister Zhang.
Upon hearing this, Sister Zhang quickly agreed. “Yes, Miss Xiang, I’ll go right away.” She then jogged towards the surveillance room.

Jingxian Xiang stared intently at the screen, not missing a single suspicious person, until a familiar figure flashed across the screen.
“Good heavens, Yeyun Ye, it was you!” Jingxian Xiang trembled with anger.
“Miss… Miss Xiang, what should we do now?” Sister Zhang, seeing her like this, didn’t dare to breathe loudly and asked timidly.
Jingxian Xiang was so angry she was about to go mad, her heart filled with unease. She was afraid Yeyun Ye had seen the contents of the video tape, afraid she would leak it… She could no longer hear anyone else.
So she turned and walked away, thinking of a solution.
What should she do, that slut Yeyun Ye! She would definitely use this to threaten her.
Suddenly, she seemed to recall something and started texting Yeyun Ye: “I know you took something from the welfare home. Let’s meet tomorrow.”

Jingxian Xiang opened the door.
“Oh, you’re here. Come in.” Jingxian Xiang saw Yeyun Ye, made way for her, and gestured for her to enter.
Yeyun Ye looked at her, her footsteps halted. She looked up cautiously. “You can say whatever you need to say here.”
“What? It seems Feng Ye isn’t that important to you after all, otherwise, why wouldn’t you even dare to come inside?” Jingxian Xiang was surprised by Yeyun Ye’s wariness, but didn’t show it on her face. She used Feng Ye’s name to provoke her again.
She knew her sister too well. For Feng Ye, she would do anything.
As expected, upon hearing this, Yeyun Ye followed Jingxian Xiang inside without hesitation.
“Speak, what is Uncle Ye’s real cause of death?” Yeyun Ye found a stool and sat down. She looked at Jingxian Xiang opposite her and asked.
“No rush. First, tell me, do you have the video tape?”
“If you don’t tell me, I won’t give it to you.” Yeyun Ye subtly gripped her bag. “Jingxian Xiang, do you really have no heart? Do you know that Mom and Dad were killed by the Xiang Family? Unexpectedly, Jingxian Xiang gestured with her eyes to the person standing in the corner of the room. They stepped forward and were about to grab Yeyun Ye.
