World Threat 2

Renein-san then told us about the various strange phenomena that were happening all over this continent.

I’m not talking about small-scale problems like the disappearance of people from a village, or the assassination of a nobleman without evidence.

It’s more of a global problem.

The problem began with the death of a dragon that was protecting a certain country.

Not in this country, but in a country by the sea located in the direction of the Demon Continent, the holy dragon that protects the country has died a mysterious death.

The death of a dragon that had been protecting the country for a long time caused quite a commotion at the time, but fortunately, the holy dragon had formed a small group and was protecting the country.

If you only look at it this way, you can just say that one dragon was killed by some kind of accident, but this time, the way it was killed was unusual.

The holy dragon had been killed by fusing materials from other animals and demons as if it had been used in some kind of biological experiment.

It had human legs growing out of its stomachs, and its head had multiple eyes and heads that did not belong to dragons.

The people around thought that the holy dragon had fallen under the influence of the gods and was cursed or something, but as the creator of this world, I can assure that this is a lie because I have no idea of any skills, magic, or sub-gods that could cause a cursed dragon.

The most likely cause of death is that the parts of a creature that did not fit its body were installed, making it difficult for it to sustain life.

However, it is contradictory to say that I created the world myself, but even though I know that there is no such system as cursing, I can’t think of any being that has the skill to fuse living creatures like this.

Perhaps Demon God might be able to use illegal mana to interfere with living beings using the same abilities as me, the Creator God, but I don’t think Demon God would come out of the demon continent so easily, so this idea is also unrealistic.

Moreover, not only in this distant country where these incidents started, but also in other countries, important beings such as powerful people and holy beasts have been targeted and have lost their lives in similar cases over and over again.

As expected, this could not be left unattended, so they gathered fierce warriors from all over the continent, led by the strongest warrior, the Brave, and tried to solve the problem.

Based on the above, I thought about it, but I had no idea what was happening.

However, if this was an event related to the [Creation Breakdown], it would be a different story, because I have seen the future of this world 10,000 years in the future with my own eyes, and there was a huge monster called the [Sub-God of the End] that existed at that time.

I’m pretty sure it was also formed by fusing various living things together.

I don’t know the details of this creature since it’s not in the data of my app that created this world, but there’s a very good chance that it’s related to this in some way.

But even if I find out, there’s nothing I can do about it now.

“I understand the story. Is it okay if I tell Mizzet about this?”

“Yes, please tell your ancestor about this from your own mouth. If ancestor is willing to play a part in solving this case, it would be very reassuring.”

Renein-san sipped his tea and finished his story. Just as the first question was about to be asked, the door to the room opened with a bang.

“Kenji, I’m back! I’m relieved to see that the heir to the Galhart family has some guts.”

“Jii-san, this woman is too strong….”

Gray-kun looked like he’d been squeezed too hard in the garden, his face battered and bruised, and he was gasping for air.

In the meantime, Mizzet had good expression with a cheerful smile and she was not sweating at all, as usual.

It clearly showed that there was an overwhelming difference in ability.

It is a great accomplishment for a 10-year-old boy to be described as a “gutsy guy” by a Paladin who is capable of participating in a battle against a demon king.

I’m sure that Gray went at her with the kind of spirit that children tend to have, like, “I’m not going to let a woman beat me,” and was repeatedly beaten back.

“Of course, Gray. Thia woman is a true legend who entered the divine world a hundred years ago with hands of God of Mankind. She’s not someone you can fight properly. Rather, you should be grateful to her for training you.”

Gray-kun was stunned by these words, and he finally understood that what he had been dealing with was the strongest Paladin.

“No, no way, this crappy woman is…!?”

“What did you say?”

“No, I mean. This beautiful woman is really the legendary Paladin Mizzet Galhart?”

“That’s what I’ve been telling you. I’ve been telling you many times, but you never listen to me.”

Until now, we had only received as candidates for Paladin Festival, and that candidate was me and Mizzet had mistakenly thought like an attendant.

I’m sure he was surprised by this development.

When he heard the story, he gulped and turned to Mizzet with a nervous look on his face and bowed his head.

It’s amazing how quickly he can switch gears.

“Please, Ancestor! Train me!”

“Okay.”

“You can help me… for sure?”..

“Sure. You want a master to make you stronger, don’t you? I know exactly how you feel. I’ll train you if it’s just for the time I’m here. ”

I don’t know what the Gray-kun is so concerned about, but it seems that a temporary master-pupil relationship has been established.

From the serious look on his face when he asked for training. I’m sure he has always wanted to be a holy Paladin, but…

In the meantime, the two who were practicing in the garden have returned, so I left it to Mizzet for the time being to talk about what happened in the history of 100 years with former Earl Galhart .

With that in mind, I look at Renein-san and leave the place.

By the way, even though it was a sudden visit to the mansion, it seems that a room had been reserved for me and Momiji, and a servant showed us in as soon as we left.

I am really tired.

It’s probably not worth the effort to train him unless we give him a month or so, so we’ll probably go back to Japan for a while in the meantime.

A month in this world is three days in the real world. I’m curious to see what kind of impact of Momiji’s sisters are having on the world, and I’m going to trust in the results of the training I’ve done in replay mode on the way here.
