Chapter 16: Humiliation
Yu Wang frowned and looked at Xiuqi Chi. “President Chi, what do you mean?”
Xiuqi Chi did not respond. He raised his cold eyes and looked at Yeyun Ye. “Miss Ye, do you see? President Wang is displeased. Aren’t you going to pour him a drink and apologize?” The man leaned in and said coldly in her ear, “If you perform well today, I might consider what you want.”
Yeyun Ye choked back her tears. She had no other choice at the moment but to pick up the wine bottle and pour Yu Wang a drink. Her hands trembled as she held the bottle, filled with humiliation.
Yeyun Ye forced a strained smile. “Boss Wang, please.”
“Good, good, good,” Boss Wang chuckled, unable to contain his joy. As he took the wine glass from Yeyun Ye, he also grazed her hand. “The wine poured by this beauty is exceptionally delicious.”
Seeing Yeyun Ye smile so brightly at Yu Wang, Xiuqi Chi’s eyes suddenly turned icy, and an inexplicable anger surged within him.
“If Boss Wang likes her, then I’ll give her to you.”
Everyone understood that he wasn’t offering the wine but the person.
Xiuqi Chi’s smile was somewhat cruel, making Yeyun Ye feel as if she had fallen into an ice cellar.
In contrast to Yeyun Ye’s shock, Yu Wang, with a lecherous expression, immediately pulled Yeyun Ye towards him. “Since that’s the case, I’ll thank President Chi for his generosity.”
With that, Yu Wang, unconcerned by Xiuqi Chi’s presence, was about to tear off Yeyun Ye’s clothes.
Yeyun Ye hadn’t expected things to escalate so quickly, and she
struggled under Yu Wang’s grasp. “Let go of me! Let go of me!” Yeyun Ye cried out, looking to Xiuqi Chi for help.
But Xiuqi Chi, with a poker face, said, “Boss Wang, we’ve agreed on the land issue then.”
Xiuqi Chi’s words momentarily broke Yu Wang’s train of thought. He paused his actions and, seeing Yeyun Ye weeping profusely, repeatedly agreed. “Never mind one piece of land, I’ll give you ten.”
“In that case, sign here,” Xiuqi Chi said, directly pulling out a contract and pen from his pocket and handing them to Yu Wang’s free hand.
At this moment, with the beauty in his arms, Yu Wang did not decline. He picked up the pen and signed it with a flourish. As soon as he put down the pen, he became restless again with Yeyun Ye.
Yeyun Ye’s face was filled with despair.
So for Xiuqi Chi, she was merely a plaything to be given away at any time…
Seeing that Yeyun Ye had stopped struggling, Yu Wang became even more brazen.
Just as his thick lips were about to press against Yeyun Ye’s cheek, Xiuqi Chi, who had been motionless, suddenly stood up.

“My apologies, I drank too much and can’t stand looking at dirty things,” Xiuqi Chi said, flexing his wrists.
“Then, shall I arrange for someone to escort you back?” Yu Wang gritted his teeth, seemingly unwilling to escalate the situation.
Xiuqi Chi strode forward, grabbed Yeyun Ye, and glared at Yu Wang with an almost murderous gaze. “President Wang, I forgot to tell you, when I drink too much, my punches always draw blood. Would you like to experience it?”
Hearing Xiuqi Chi’s words, which were like those of a demon, Yu Wang felt that the man had gone mad. He dared not linger any longer and
scrambled out of the private room, not daring to look back.
Yeyun Ye collapsed onto the chair, her body devoid of strength, her gaze unfocused.
Realizing what Xiuqi Chi had just done, she spoke in a flat voice, “President Chi, how do you think I performed just now? Was it worth that piece of land?”
“Yeyun Ye! Have you no shame?”
Hearing Xiuqi Chi’s accusation, Yeyun Ye felt like laughing, but she couldn’t.
She had no shame?
It was clearly him who had trampled her dignity into the mud again and again, and now he was calling her shameless.
Seeing Yeyun Ye’s dejected state, Xiuqi Chi gritted his teeth and impatiently dragged her out of the private room.
At the entrance, he saw that several buttons on Yeyun Ye’s clothes had already been torn open by Yu Wang. He cursed and took off his own jacket, giving it to Yeyun Ye. “Put it on. Don’t disgrace yourself outside.”
Hearing Xiuqi Chi’s words, Yeyun Ye’s gaze shifted. She looked at the jacket offered to her and smiled faintly. “Xiuqi Chi, didn’t you like seeing me like this? Don’t you feel happy if everyone knows I’m an out-and-out slut?”
While Yu Wang had been manhandling her, Yeyun Ye had already realized.

The next moment, Yeyun Ye was dragged out of the private room by Xiuqi Chi.
People outside saw Yeyun Ye’s appearance and their gazes focused on her. Yeyun Ye pursed her lips, tears welling up in her eyes.
This was what her three years of effort had yielded!
After leaving the restaurant, Xiuqi Chi slammed her against the wall.
The impact on her back made Yeyun Ye wince. Her face was ashen, paler than white paper, and she felt dizzy.
“You have a very accurate understanding of yourself,” Xiuqi Chi said, a look of disgust on his face. “A slut like you doesn’t deserve to ride in my car. You can also think about whether you need to sell yourself to pay for the fare.”
His words were vicious, as if he truly saw Yeyun Ye as a streetwalker.
After saying that, Xiuqi Chi left without any hesitation.
At this moment, passersby looked at Yeyun Ye’s disheveled appearance and pointed fingers.
Yeyun Ye ignored them, enduring the pain all over her body as she walked home.
Yeyun Ye was in a daze the entire way, not noticing a black Bugatti following at a discreet distance behind her.
Watching Yeyun Ye enter Yuanlin Apartment, Xiuqi Chi frowned in displeasure. “When did she get a place here?”
Yang Yuexiang remained silent for a moment before saying, “This is Yuxun Xia’s apartment…”
Upon hearing this, Xiuqi Chi sneered and rolled up the car window. “Let’s go back to the company.”
This woman now had another man to rely on, so she had decisively abandoned him. He would show Yeyun Ye just how long she could survive in society without Xiuqi Chi.
