Chapter Six Hundred Fifty-Seven: Darn It, He Enjoyed It
Bai Ming clearly knew what NPC seduction was.
The instant she heard the term, regret flickered in her eyes, as if she suddenly remembered it was a possibility.
Her original intention was just to punish Young Master Sang for being late.
But if he truly didn’t care and instead used this style of play to toy with her, well, that felt more like a reward for him.
Yet, admitting defeat felt a bit unsatisfactory…
Yu Xia, standing beside her, didn’t know what NPC seduction meant, but she could sense the danger from Bai Ming’s wary expression.
But of course, Young Master Sang chose to ignore Bai Ming and came straight for her.
“Aunt Yu.”
“The night sky looks pretty nice tonight, doesn’t it?” Young Master Sang said with a mischievous smile, sitting next to Yu Xia.
Yu Xia glanced nervously at Bai Ming. Seeing Bai Ming silently holding her lips, she took a deep breath and decided to play along:
“It’s rare to have such a beautiful night scene, we should have come out to enjoy it sooner.”
“Right,” Sang replied, gently sliding Yu Xia’s strap down, exposing her delicate shoulder.
“Should have enjoyed it sooner.”
Feeling the cool air on her shoulder, Yu Xia’s cheeks turned crimson, and though she was embarrassed, she had to keep the act going:
“Unfortunately, Master is always busy with work and misses such views.”
“Is that so?” Sang chuckled lazily, his hand now boldly invading Yu Xia’s clothing.
“Master is also working hard, running around all day while taking care of the family’s emotions.”
“You, as a maid, not only refuse to ease Master’s burdens but secretly mock him… that deserves a punishment.”
Feeling Sang’s hands roaming freely over her, Yu Xia’s face turned even redder, and she nearly begged to let her voice out, but she silently endured.
“How beautiful… the starry sky… ah…”
“What a rare… beautiful… night view, we should have come out to enjoy—ah!”
Unable to hold it back, a startled gasp escaped her lips. Yu Xia shivered, completely melting into the chair, breathing heavily.
Bai Ming pretended to be uninterested, but her eyes kept sneaking glances at the commotion beside her.
Seeing Yu Xia giving in rather quickly made her heart drop, recognizing the dreadful fate awaiting her.
At that moment, she wanted to back out.
After all… it was only being late once; it wasn’t that serious.
Continuing this seemed like it would only please him.
Unexpectedly, Sang merely shot her a quick glance before ignoring her entirely, focusing instead on the already surrendered Yu Xia.
“Don’t stop.”
He pulled the weak Yu Xia into his arms, whispering in her ear: “Didn’t you say we should enjoy it?”
Yu Xia’s eyes had grown hazy; she felt utterly weak in his embrace, lacking even the strength to sit up straight.
Sang smirked wickedly, continuing his mischief while taunting:
“Keep going.”
“Recite your lines.”
Yu Xia’s breaths became more ragged, her flushed face stumbling through her lines:
“Too bad… Master is always… busy with work…”
“Missing such… um…”
Before she could finish, her lips were captured by Sang’s, and all that came out were muffled sounds.
Bai Ming was blushing furiously, feeling her ears burning.
Yet, Sang only had eyes for Yu Xia, completely ignoring her presence.
“What can we do? Our Master is such a workaholic.” Yu Xia recited her lines while feeling oddly desperate to attract Sang’s attention.
Fine.
If they were going to play around, so be it.
This kind of game… was her first time too.
And strangely enough, it was rather amusing.
Thinking this, Bai Ming decided to join in, prodding Sang: “He’s busy running around all day, yet still doesn’t know how to spend time with family. He deserves to work overtime and miss out on such beauty.”
As Sang continued to playfully tease Yu Xia, he couldn’t hold back a chuckle at Bai Ming’s flustered tone, her beautiful eyes stealing glances at him.
Hmph.
You think you can outsmart me, huh?
Unless you come to beg for my attention today, I won’t bother with you.
Sang amplified his teasing of Yu Xia, pushing her to the brink, her eyes glazed over and her cheeks flushed, before he finally picked her up, satisfied.
“Today, I’m just going to see.”
“How long can you keep this up?”
With that, he carried Yu Xia off to the bed.
Yu Xia had completely given up resistance, burrowing into Sang’s embrace with a shy grin.
Meanwhile, Bai Ming was desperately trying to ignore her urge to turn around, continuing to mutter her lines while eavesdropping intently.
She heard rustling clothes.
A series of heated kisses alongside Yu Xia’s sultry gasps.
And Sang’s unceasing reminders: “Keep holding on, don’t forget your lines.”
“How beautiful… the star… um.”
“Too bad Master… is always… busy… I can’t take it anymore!”
“Master, I can’t remember the lines… please let me off…”
Those sounds were like feathers tickling Bai Ming’s heart, making her feel restless.
Also weirdly aggrieved.
The punishment plan she had painstakingly concocted for Sang ended up being used against her.
After all, he was the one who was late first.
That jerk, now, just left her sitting here while having fun with Aunt Yu.
It was so infuriating!
…
…No way.
The more she thought, the angrier she became.
She couldn’t just let them have all the fun.
With that thought, unable to bear it any longer, Bai Ming stopped pretending and angrily dashed over to the bed, diving under the covers.
“Oh?”
Sang found the time to tease her: “Who programmed this? How can NPCs move on their own?”
“Sorry. That’s just our game’s special feature.”
Bai Ming confidently slipped off her skirt, pulling him off Yu Xia and flipping him onto the bed.
“Our game’s NPCs have their own thoughts and souls. What they want to do, nobody can stop.”
What Sword Art Online? Sang was just rolling with laughter, but he playfully pinched her slightly flushed cheek.
“Next time, feel free to hand out more of these punishments. I can’t wait to see what more thrilling play you can come up with as a professional writer of naughty tales.”
“Humph.”
Bai Ming blushed but shot back stubbornly: “You’re exhausting me!”
“Is that so? Then give it a go.”
“Fine, I’m coming—ah! Aunt Yu, why did you betray me… um…”
