As you can see, there are 57 discovered seawater dungeons, out of which 41 have already been cleared or deemed failures, making them inaccessible. That leaves 16 remaining.
At first, I thought they were just dungeons, but the atmosphere feels off even for the rankers. Especially yesterday when Lily did a broadcast clearing a level 4 seawater dungeon, a lot of bait was dropped.
To sum it up, the monthly report for the Great Cataclysm, ‘Kraken’, indicates that doppelgangers are being spawned in the dungeons, and if you fail to clear a dungeon, you seem to encounter the doppelganger during the Great Cataclysm.
It’s unclear how many have been cleared, but judging by the dungeon difficulty, it’s nearly impossible unless you’re a ranker.
At the rate dungeons are appearing—around 2 to 3 a day—at this rate, there could be about 100 Krakens appearing during the Great Cataclysm.
Unless you’re a decent ranker, it’s probably best to avoid the seawater dungeons; if you fail, they get locked immediately, and that’s game over.
