The day before yesterday, I sighed while checking the YouTube channel’s announcement.
Yes, the day has finally come. The day I thought would never arrive in my lifetime.
“…It’s really cramped.”
As I sighed and looked around the room, I muttered to myself absentmindedly.
Currently, there’s a simple lighting setup and reflectors installed behind the motion desk. It’s those kinds of gadgets I thought would be the furthest from me. I never intended to turn on a webcam in my life.
Now it feels a bit like a male cam room – or maybe more like a broth cam room.
“…Huh?”
Since I had already done a simple test stream earlier, I thought I was somewhat prepared. Just as I was about to sit on the bed for a moment, my phone screen lit up.
I had it on silent mode, so I didn’t hear the incoming sound, but a name clearly appeared on the screen.
None other than Older Sister Seo-ha.
“Hello?”
– Ah, Uju! Sorry for calling suddenly. You must be really busy getting ready, right?
“It’s fine. I just finished the test stream… I just need to turn it on now.”

I’m not good with the equipment side, so when I was wondering whether to call an installer or an expert from the internet, his name suddenly popped into my head.
He often streams live and has over 600,000 subscribers on YouTube – a big-time streamer who does everything from gaming gear reviews to setup assistance.
In fact, most top-tier streamers used to let Electronics Guy handle their setups, so being a small-time streamer like me, I was worried he wouldn’t help, but I cautiously reached out, and he came over that same day and finished the setup by the next day.
Thanks to that, the cable layout around my chaotic computer area and the positions of my dual monitors have changed a lot.
It’s a sight that makes you want to work.
“By the way, when I said I’d do a face reveal stream today, it was absolute chaos around me. Especially how much Older Sister was overreacting…”
