Elrose bent over with her hands on her knees, gasping for breath. God knows how much effort she had just put in to pull Luna off her; now she was even starting to doubt if Luna was a reincarnated slime.
On the other side, Luna lay on the ground, panting and occasionally giggling to herself. She slowly got up and looked at Elrose with intense eyes.
Elrose was startled, thinking Luna was going to pounce on her again, and instinctively took two steps back.

Then, Luna looked at the magic array on the ground and carefully observed the parts that Elrose had just revised. “So, Little Belle, can you tell me why I need to add more Mana Dust here? There was no such special note in the book.”
“The book won’t teach you everything.” Elrose said earnestly, “Explosive magic is extremely violent and consumes mana at an astonishing rate. If the actual transmission speed of your magic array can’t keep up with the mana consumption rate, the magic will be interrupted. The reason your magic failed was precisely because there wasn’t enough Mana Dust, the transmission speed dropped, and the mana couldn’t keep up with the consumption, leading to the interruption of the magic. It’s that simple.”
“Is that so…” Luna appeared thoughtful. “But the data in the book is all calculated rigorously, so logically speaking, using this much Mana Dust should be sufficient.”

“Isn’t that already quite impressive?” Luna found it hard to understand.
“Is that called impressive? I think you…”
At this point, Elrose’s voice stopped abruptly as she suddenly realized she might have gone a bit too far.

“Occasionally changing up the flavors is good.” Luna said. “No matter how delicious Kendrick’s cooking is, eating it too long can get monotonous. I’ll take you to try some other flavors; trust me, those dishes are delicious. Any girl would never refuse.”
“Any girl would never refuse?” Elrose swallowed hard, unable to help but ask, “What is it?”
Luna grinned. “Milk tea, cake, and ice cream.”
